All of our Custom Binders are made to order using the artwork and customisation options you provide.

Please check your uploaded artwork, design choices and order details carefully before placing your order. Once your binder has entered production, changes may not be possible.

As each binder is individually produced, processing times may be longer than for standard, off-the-shelf products. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and delivery service.

As our Custom Binders are personalised and made specifically to your requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, no longer want the item, or have made an error when submitting your artwork or customisation choices.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your binder arrives faulty, damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue so that we can help put things right.
