All of our Custom Binders are made to order using the artwork and customisation options you provide.
Please check your uploaded artwork, design choices and order details carefully before placing your order. Once your binder has entered production, changes may not be possible.
As each binder is individually produced, processing times may be longer than for standard, off-the-shelf products. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation where applicable.

As our Custom Binders are personalised and made specifically to your requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, no longer want the item, or have made an error when submitting your artwork or customisation choices.
